• Manage and optimize technical infrastructure to support the organization. • Collaborate with all teams across the organization including People Operations, Engineering, and Legal. • Oversee and manage access to various applications ensuring secure access controls. • Manage technical setup and configuration of applications and integrations. • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency. • Provide user support for technical issues. • Monitor and improve security practices and implement IAM strategies. • Oversee platform onboarding and offboarding related to People Operations applications.
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or a similar role. • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing remote support. • Ability to manage permissions across multiple platforms. • Experience with Google Suite and Super Admin privileges. • Ability to take an ambiguous task or problem and create a clear plan of action. • Ability to write clearly in all types of communications, including correspondence with internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors and through documents, Slack messages, emails and more. • Understanding of SSO, IAM, and application integration (preferred but not required).
