β€’ Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the QA team. β€’ Monitor the performance and output of the QA team. β€’ Plan, organize, and execute regular QA audits. β€’ Analyze audit results and implement corrective actions as needed. β€’ Provide leadership and guidance to the team of auditors. β€’ Facilitate training and development programs. β€’ Lead defect hunt initiatives. β€’ Prepare and present Audit metrics during weekly business reviews. β€’ Collaborate with other departments for QA insights.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in a quality assurance role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. β€’ Excellent written communication skills β€’ Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. β€’ Ability to analyze data, conduct audits, and implement process improvements. β€’ Experience with defect management and alignment processes. β€’ Proficient in reporting and presenting QA metrics in business reviews.
