Description
• Collaborate closely with Sales organization to negotiate and close deals • Develop training exercises for Sales organization • Expand and maintain library of agreement templates • Assist with equity compensation and cap table management • Provide advice on data privacy and cybersecurity matters • Perform corporate governance functions • Provide product counseling and risk assessments • Ensure compliance with evolving rules and regulations
Requirements
• JD from an ABA accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar • 7+ years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department • Experience handling matters involving data privacy or cybersecurity • Experience building and improving legal processes • Experience providing legal support for various transactions • Bias toward action and problem-solving • Ability to manage projects independently • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity • Ability to work autonomously under pressure • Agility and flexibility to take on new tasks • Nice to have: prior in-house experience, IP expertise, corporate compliance background, CIPP/US certification
