📋 Description
• Lead the design and front-end development of website projects from initial strategy through execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables • Design and prototype engaging, user-centered website interfaces, including high-fidelity mock-ups and wireframes, using tools like Figma or Adobe XD • Apply UX best practices and design theory to optimize user experience, conversion rate, and long-term scalability • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute website designs or redesigns • Conduct ongoing UX, CRO, and design system audits to ensure site usability, performance, consistency, and scalability • Integrate SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles into the design process • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and technical requirements • Contribute to ongoing digital marketing campaigns by supporting technical SEO optimizations • Complete a minimum of 5 hours of professional development monthly
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, OR equivalent work experience • 3-5+ years of relevant website design and frontend development experience, especially in WordPress • Comprehensive knowledge of Figma (required) and Adobe’s Creative Suite (preferred) • WordPress development experience and familiarity required (e.g. familiarity with WordPress management, HTML, CSS, and PHP) • Experience designing and developing engaging website experiences that respond to common devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) • Familiarity with SEO/web analytics techniques is required • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools is preferred
