• Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation strategies. • Support vendor management, renewal activities, provider tracking, and payment of vendor invoices. • Lead benefits communications efforts and maintain the employee benefit intranet resources. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies related to compensation and benefits. • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive job architecture framework. • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures. • Apply compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and industry standards. • Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics related to benefits utilization. • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of rewards programs with business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in total rewards supporting the EMEA/APAC regions, with a focus on EMEA and India. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations. • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment. • Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
