Description
• As a UX Designer at CloudBees, you will design and enhance user experiences for DevOps solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient and visually appealing interfaces. • Lead user-centered design processes, including user research, persona development, and wireframing. • Design intuitive user interfaces that facilitate seamless interactions across various platforms and devices. • Create interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and validate user interactions. • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback. • Organize and structure complex information and workflows for easy navigation. • Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure products exceed relevant standards.
Requirements
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science). • Proven experience in UX/UI design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of design tools • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries) is a plus. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira. • Experience with development tools such as Git, GitHub, and features like branching, forking, reverting, PRs, etc.
