• This is a remote position. • 4- 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition • Prior experience in recruiting for Singapore / Malaysian Market is required. • Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute recruiting strategies and plans focused on recruiting active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Cloud Kinetics. • Work along with recruitment team to fulfill vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire. • Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Cloud Kinetics. • Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks. • Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria's. • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans. • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS. • Focus on Candidate Experience: deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
