📋 Description
• Act as the primary technical advisor for large, strategic client accounts, guiding their adoption of Databricks solutions. • Lead customers through their data transformation journey, helping evaluate and embed Databricks into their strategic initiatives. • Design and execute account-specific technical strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives. • Foster relationships with client stakeholders and build a network of technical champions to advocate for Databricks within the organization. • Partner with internal teams to align Databricks offerings with client needs, driving impactful outcomes. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to peers and junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 15+ years in technical architecture or consulting roles, with significant experience managing large, global accounts (>$1M ARR). • Big Data Engineering: Expertise with tools and technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. • Data Warehousing & ETL: Strong knowledge of SQL, OLTP/OLAP systems, and data pipeline architectures. • Data Science & Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and techniques like hyperparameter optimization (HPO). • Data Applications Expertise: Proficiency in building solutions for use cases like logs analysis, threat detection, real-time monitoring, and risk analysis. • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving stakeholder alignment at all levels. • Development Skills: Proficiency in languages like Python, Scala, Java, or R, with experience in debugging and software development. • Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field.
