• Collaborate with Enterprise AEs to implement the technical vision for strategic accounts. • Expand adoption of Databricks’ platform and integration of ML and AI. • Act as a primary technical advisor for large client accounts. • Lead clients through their data transformation journey. • Design account-specific technical strategies. • Foster relationships with client stakeholders. • Align Databricks offerings with client needs. • Mentor and provide guidance to peers and junior team members.
Requirements
• 15+ years in technical architecture or consulting roles. • Significant experience managing large, global accounts (>$1M ARR). • Expertise with tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. • Strong knowledge of SQL, OLTP/OLAP systems, and data pipeline architectures. • Hands-on experience with tools such as pandas, scikit-learn. • Proficiency in building solutions for logs analysis and risk analysis. • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. • Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or R. • Demonstrated experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
