Description

• Lead strategic sales enablement projects, ensuring all phases meet key milestones and deadlines. • Manage and maintain the global team calendar of enablement activities. • Analyze content usage and business outcome data generated by Highspot. • Contribute to the development of insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven track record in global or large-scale initiatives. • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools, with proficiency in Salesforce and related platforms. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. • Experience in a sales enablement or sales operations role within a global organization. • Basic understanding of adult learning principles, with the ability to apply these concepts to create engaging and effective sales enablement content. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including the creation and customization of reports and dashboards. • Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally with diverse internal teams to ensure alignment, foster collaboration, and achieve shared goals across departments. • Experience using Asana (or similar project management tools) to plan, track, and execute complex projects, ensuring team alignment and timely completion of deliverables. • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
