Description

• Cloudflare protects over 20% of the Internet. • Help build the systems and processes for capacity management. • Transform Cloudflare’s infrastructure ecosystem through end-to-end capacity management. • Represent the customer and build intimate relationships. • Develop and evangelize the platform vision for your area. • Make data-driven roadmap decisions and prioritize actions. • Measure success and own product success metrics. • Author use cases and prioritize requirements. • Collaborate across teams to create alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of previous product management experience • Domain expertise in infrastructure operations or procurement • Distributed systems experience that allows you to drive the scaling strategy for deployment • Experience presenting new products and features to customers • Strong customer and stakeholder empathy • Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational and analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrixed organization • Experience working with large and complex data sets (SQL, Postgres, Prometheus, etc.) • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all audiences
