📋 Description
• Responsible for the growth of the practice, presales, RFP response, and POC for customer acquisition. • Proposals - Time & Effort estimation and solution providing. • Mentorship & Performance Management of team members • Enhancing knowledge and skills of team members • Resource planning and deployment on projects • Retention & Career Development of Team Members • Supporting in Resource Acquisition & Selection procedures • Decision-making on rotation of SME/solution architects based on delivery demands • Monitoring and improving skill levels of team members • Driving innovative ideas and sharing knowledge • Ensuring adherence to Data Engineering standard Solutions • Answering Anaplan functionality-related queries • Understanding new offerings in the domain of EPM • Auditing proposed Solutions across projects
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ Years of experience; Subject Matter Expertise in Anaplan and Business planning (FP&A, Supply Chain, HR, Sales - at least 2 of them) • Effective communicator and proactive planner with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities • Assertive and solution-oriented with ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to processes • Proficient with Anaplan and its services • Experience in performing POC/Demos/RFP response • Knowledge of estimation methodology and performing estimation in sales process • Ability to perform reviews & audits for project phases and documents • Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to interact professionally at all levels • Experience with Project Implementation methodologies like Agile • Capable of being a Mentor in building teams and enhancing technical skills
