📋 Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reporting Analyst to join our Photo/Video department. • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and delivering accurate weekly and monthly reports, financial allocations, and project deliverables. • This role requires proficiency in Excel and an ability to handle data-intensive tasks with precision. • Responsibilities include preparing and delivering reports, managing financial oversight, validating project deliverables, and providing data support.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on data management and reporting. • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation. • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. • Availability: Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
