Description

• Develop and execute a content calendar for various marketing channels (social media, blog, website), considering global audiences. • Craft compelling blog posts, articles, white papers, and other content aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals. • Curate high-quality, engaging content from credible sources to supplement your original content. • Work collaboratively with the creative and design team (remote or on-site), editors, and branding department to ensure brand consistency across all content. • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for a global audience. • Create and schedule daily content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), considering time zones and cultural nuances. • Monitor social media conversations in various regions, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with followers. • Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies based on insights. • Partner with the CMO to develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) targeting global audiences. • Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics across regions, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI). • Collaborate with the CEO to develop a content scaling strategy for monthly white papers. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, including website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement, considering global reach. • Provide data-driven insights to the CMO and other stakeholders to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field. • Excellent Writer • Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences across cultures. • Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO best practices, and social media marketing principles. • Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) a plus. • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring and analyzing results.
