• Our client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator who will report to the Social Media Manager and support tasks and coordination related to the influencer marketing programs. • The successful candidate will have experience with all aspects of executing influencer marketing campaigns. • Complete outreach and onboarding of influencers for campaigns and collaborations. • Achieve quarterly based KPI’s related to influencer partnership quantities and testing goals. • Accurately track influencer costs, orders, and agreements against budgets and SOPs. • Act as the main point of contact for influencers during campaign execution, handling communication, troubleshooting, and feedback. • Strategize and create influencer agreements based on cost of collaboration and determine requirements accordingly. • Maintain and update a database and reporting of influencers, collaboration history, and performance data. • Assist in creating campaign briefs that include brand messaging, guidelines, and key deliverables. • Collect and track influencer-generated content for approval and repurposing on social media platforms including the processes. • Come up with fresh ideas for influencer collaborations and content ideas. • Work collaboratively with creative team members for creation of photo and video assets. • Place influencers’ orders, track values of orders placed, and collaborate with customer service team to resolve influencer order issues.
• Ability to work US hours (EST time zone) is required. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Direct experience using influencer and social media management tools (Grin, Sprout) • Understanding of influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and metrics. • Strong copywriting, email, and organizational skills. • Ability to partner well with others and work as a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily, weekly, monthly tasks. • Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Desire to learn new software and skills.
Candidate Location: Philippines Job Location: Remote Shift Timing: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Payroll via: Upwork Contract Payment Currency: USD Payment Cycle: Weekly or Biweekly Working Hours: 42 hours per week Benefits: No additional benefits beyond hourly payment
