Description

•Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications •Explore and analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights •Optimize machine learning models to improve accuracy, performance, and efficiency •Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary refinements •Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ML infrastructure •Maintain documentation for models, algorithms, processes, and findings

Requirements

•5+ years ML research or ML engineering at a venture-backed startup or top technology firm •Embraces rapid prototyping with an emphasis on user feedback •Autonomous and excited about taking ownership of major initiatives •Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) •Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role in developing and delivering machine learning solutions •Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Julia •Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn •Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques •Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks •Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills •Strong written and verbal communication abilities •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
