Description

•Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system •Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned •Send email communication to vendors as needed. •Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed. •Automotive interest or knowledge is plus. •You will be working with automotive products and reviewing the condition of the product. •The ability to attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team with video and audio capability. •High-speed internet connection.

Requirements

•Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail •Ability to learn and follow processes •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. •Active listener and good team collaborator. •Basic Microsoft Excel skills •PC proficient •Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred. •Not required, but a plus: Knowledge of automotive parts
