Description

• Conduct user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize various methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics. • Develop innovative solutions to user and business problems through a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives. • Expertise in using Figma for designing and prototyping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share design assets using Figma for seamless workflows. • Stay updated on design trends and ensure the integration of modern UI aesthetics into our products. Create designs that reflect a fresh and contemporary look while aligning with the brand identity. • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces with a strong focus on interaction and usability. • Craft visually appealing and consistent design systems, including icons, graphics, and other visual elements. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals and technical constraints. • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing. • Prepare and present design proposals, documentation, and specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and requirements. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge. • Analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field. • Proven 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern and innovative designs. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and others. • Solid understanding of front-end development and the ability to communicate design specifications effectively to developers. • Solid experience with wireframing and prototyping tools. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency. • Knowledge of fluid design principles and creating visually engaging user interfaces. • Familiarity with design systems and their implementation.

Benefits

• Location: Remote • Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM ( 4-5 hrs of overlapping required ) • Salary Range: 18 - 21 LPA
