Description

• Support advertising sales programs • Manage CRM workflow of active deals • Collaborate with the team on program deals • Update reporting and tracking Excel files • Coordinate with vendors for advertising opportunities • Work with creative teams and marketing on scheduling • Pull reporting and sales data for performance • Own the process of signed deals

Requirements

• Ability to work US business hours (EST time zone) is required. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Experience using a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, etc.) • Ability to think creatively and with an interest in branding and brand development. • Ability to partner well with others and work as a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily, weekly, monthly tasks. • Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Proficient to advanced Excel experience required. • Desire to learn new software and skills.
