📋 Description
• Partner with insurance companies to understand their specific business challenges and data landscape • Develop data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, risk management, underwriting, claims processing, and customer experience • Design and implement data solutions using technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, and Amazon S3 • Ensure data quality, security, and scalability throughout the data lifecycle • Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection, transformation, and analysis • Develop and execute data models and analytical techniques to extract valuable insights from client data • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to inform data-driven decision making • Communicate findings effectively through compelling visualizations and reports • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (data scientists, engineers) and external stakeholders (executive teams, business users) to deliver successful projects • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure they maximize the value of their data investment
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data consulting or a related field • Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven solutions for insurance companies • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques • Proficiency in SQL querying languages (MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., Amazon S3) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
