Description

• We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our agile product team. • The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have a keen eye for detail. • You will be responsible for transforming concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. • Create pixel-perfect mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma. • Ensure designs are optimized for various screen sizes and devices. • Work within established design systems for consistency. • Apply user-centered design principles for intuitive interfaces. • Actively participate in collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams. • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. • Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools • A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work US business hours (EST) • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal • Experience with rapid prototyping tools • Knowledge of usability testing methodologies • Ability to create user flows and customer journey maps

Benefits

• Candidate Location: Philippines • Job Location: Remote • Shift Timing: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Payroll via: Upwork Contract • Payment Currency: USD • Per Hr Rate : 20-22 USD • Payment Cycle: Weekly or Biweekly • Working Hours: 42 hours per week • Benefits: No additional benefits beyond hourly payment
