Description

• We are looking for a Ping Identity and Access Manager (IAM) Architect to design, implement, and maintain our IAM solutions, ensuring the security and accessibility of our systems. • This fully remote position will require expertise in Ping Identity products and related technologies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, plan, and implement identity and access management solutions. • Design, configure, and customize PingFederate and PingAccess to meet business requirements. • Integrate IAM systems with various applications, databases, and directories. • Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality. • Develop and implement access control policies and practices. • Monitor and analyze access and identity data to identify and mitigate potential security risks. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in a timely manner. • Provide guidance and support to team members on IAM best practices. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance IAM capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience as a Ping Identity and Access Manager Architect. • Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts. • Strong knowledge of Ping Identity products, including PingFederate and PingAccess preferred. • Experience with SSO, MFA, and other IAM protocols and technologies preferred. • Familiarity with cloud identity solutions is a preferred. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Relevant certifications such as Ping Identity Certified Professional (PCIP) preferred.
