Description

• Collaborate closely with the Design Lead and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop concepts. • Quickly iterate on feedback to implement work effectively. • Help shape project strategies, goals, and processes. • Create required design collateral systematically and efficiently. • Conceptualize and design pitch decks using Figma,, Google Slides, and MS PowerPoint. • Edit and refine digital assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • Ability to understand content and translate it into compelling visuals. • Design and edit digital newsletters in MailChimp.

Requirements

• Passionate and smart graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing experience across various mediums. • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. • Organized, systematic, and able to execute tasks under tight deadlines. • Interested in a collaborative environment to enhance design sensibilities and skills. • Experience in graphic design with an understanding of UX. • Strong visual design skills in typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, iconography, and illustration. • Multidisciplinary mindset with a continuous learning approach. • Excellent communication skills are a must. • Organized, prompt, and detail-oriented.
