But not your typical startup. • We build and learn, fast, and we want the hackers, the artists, the crafters - join the Wolfpack! • About the position: • We are seeking a high-potential and self-motivated Accounting Specialist or Analyst to join our accounting team, reporting to the Accounting Manager. In this role, you will support our fast-growing, ever-evolving business and become a key contributor to the close processes, financial audits, internalization of accounting functions, review of technical accounting transactions, as well as other critical responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity for career development (e.g., work directly with senior leaders and external partners) and learning (e.g. increasing complexity of geography, products and business models, automation, process improvement), considering the role’s company-wide exposure.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance • CRC certification or on track to obtain it • Minimum two years of relevant experience in high-growth tech companies, preferably Banking or FinTech startups; financeira a plus • Solid understanding of accounting procedures and principles (Brazilian GAAP / IFRS a must, BACEN GAAP / COSIF a plus) • Keen interest in learning and applying the latest technology to daily work; knowledge and experience with GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT) a must • Experience working with SQL and MS Office/ GSuite packages • Strong Portuguese and English communication skills, both oral and written • Team player with outstanding communication skills in a remote work environment • High level of organizational skills to prioritize & handle multiple tasks on short notice in a face-paced environment
