• Collaborate on planning our brand strategy (yearly, quarterly and monthly), identifying key moments and opportunities around the cultural calendar to develop activations and creative campaigns. • Work closely with the Performance, Growth and Content team to create an integrated brand calendar in sync with initiatives from our partner team, incorporating AI to optimize timing and impact. • Conceptualize and Ideate: Be the driving force behind brainstorming sessions, contributing imaginative ideas and unique angles to fuel creative campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with designers, and other creatives to develop concepts that are both fresh and impactful. • Craft best-in-class copy: Develop outstanding copy for a diverse range of platforms and projects, including concepts, scripts for videos, activation ideas, innovation projects, creative campaigns and product launches. Drive engagement, inspire action, and leave a lasting impression on our audience. • Elevate our Brand Voice: Collaborate closely with the internal teams to develop a distinctive and consistent brand voice that makes us standout. Embody the essence of our brand and ensure all copy aligns seamlessly with our brand guidelines. • Champion Storytelling: Immerse yourself in our brand, products, and target audience to craft captivating stories that create a deep emotional connection with consumers. Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate brand values and mission in an authentic and relatable way. • Grow awareness of the InfinitePay brand: Actively think of ways to help grow our brand awareness, thinking of creative ideas for earned, owned, and paid channels that can help people better understand our businesses. • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts. Infuse your copy with innovative and relevant insights to ensure our brand stays at the forefront of creativity. Utilize AI to analyze market trends, get insights and support creative strategy. • Collaborate closely with our Studios, Craft, Product Design, Growth, Editorial and Content to create world-class creative assets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in creative copywriting and brand strategy in advertising agencies and/or comms and marketing departments. • Hold a relevant degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or equivalent. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly collaborative and self-directed. • Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced - sometimes chaotic - environment that requires flexibility and a startup mindset. • Native Portuguese speaker • Advanced English • Experience with Payments / Financial sectors and retail is a “nice to have” • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms and comprehensive knowledge on how to use it on a daily basis.
