Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Google Sheets. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Intermediate proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. • Interest in technology, innovation and artificial intelligence.

Benefits

• Support the overall management of benefits (inclusion, exclusion, and purchase). • Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, answering questions, helping with enrollment, and resolving benefit-related issues. • Conduct the onboarding process for new employees. • Facilitate the introduction of new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures (onboarding orientation and follow-up). • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in People systems. • Generate reports and analyses to inform strategic People decisions. • Conduct internal audits and organize People Ops documents. • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. • Proactively and effectively resolve issues, ensuring employee satisfaction.
