🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. • Proven experience mentoring and guiding developers at different levels. • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript. • Deep knowledge of JavaScript frameworks/libraries, especially React.js and Next.js. • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and Cypress. • Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices. • Familiarity in SCSS/SASS and Tailwind CSS for building scalable and maintainable styles. • Advanced English skills for internal communication within our multinational team. • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and automate repetitive coding tasks. • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in software development, such as code generation, debugging assistance, and knowledge retrieval.
