Requirements

• Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection, with proven success in closing senior-level roles. • Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills, using global platforms and recruitment tools. • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes. • True interest in technology, with demonstrated experience using AI solutions like ChatGPT or similar tools. • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies. • Startup/scale-up mindset, with a desire to achieve great results in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, high-growth landscape.
