🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection, with proven success in closing senior-level roles. • Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills, using global platforms and recruitment tools. • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes. • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar, as part of daily routines in Attracting and selection, recruitment, or other HR activities, including automations and process optimizations. • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies. • Startup/scale-up mindset, with a desire to achieve great results in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, high-growth landscape.
