• As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will: • Architect and implement robust, AI-driven solutions that seamlessly integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies into our healthcare applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into innovative technical solutions • Optimize AI features for both customer-facing and internal applications, ensuring peak performance and efficiency • Lead complex projects independently, driving innovation in healthcare AI
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on AI and machine learning • Mastery of Python or Go, and JavaScript (TypeScript preferred) • Proven track record of integrating and working with state-of-the-art LLMs (GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT) and open-source alternatives (LLaMA, Mistral) in production environments • Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture • Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices • Expertise in vector databases, efficient retrieval methods for LLMs, and familiarity with PostgreSQL • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations (e.g., HIPAA), Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
