• At Counterpart Health, a subsidiary of Clover, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. • We are looking for Technical Program Managers for the Engineering team to drive forward our engineering projects. • As a Technical Program Manager in Engineering, you will build processes that unblock engineers and enable us to build the best products for our providers and patients. • You will help guide engineers in making decisions that meet project scope and timeframes and share reports and metrics on team progress with organizational leadership.

Requirements

• You have been a technical program manager for an engineering or similar technical team for 3+ years. • You have experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies. • You have working knowledge of project management best practices and have experience working with project management tools (i.e. JIRA or similar). • You have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle competing deadlines. • You have a solid track record of helping engineering teams meet deadlines.
