• Taxback International is a leading global VAT solutions provider. • Our integrated technology streamlines the processes of global VAT compliance, recovery & payment for Enterprise and Medium sized businesses worldwide. • Taxback International is part of CluneTech, a suite of companies providing cutting-edge solutions that simplify global business. • We have been recognised as a Great Place to Work for 9 consecutive years. • As Regional Market Development Executive you will be responsible for: • Lead Generation: Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity. • Making high volumes of phone calls on a daily basis to generate new leads and potential customers. • Communication: Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone and webinars. • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong knowledge of TBI’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.

🎯 Requirements

• Two plus years’ experience in a comparable role is an advantage. • Ability to make large amount of outbound phone calls on a daily basis. • Experience of B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement. • Salesforce experience advantageous • Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets. • A strong communicator with a clear friendly phone voice. • Fluent English & preferable another language. • Confident, enthusiastic and energetic with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet and exceed KPIs goals and targets. • Can do attitude critical to success.
