• Mastered building client-side software applications and beautiful user interfaces • Mastered building applications in a modern component-based framework and state management solution • Strong experience either consuming or building backend APIs and a strong understanding of full-stack solutions • Comfortable on Linux/Unix command line • Experience with web tooling and automation (e.g. Version Control, Bundlers, Tree-shakers, etc.) • DevOps/SysOps, advanced understanding of object-oriented and MVC principles., strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices preferred. • Previous agency experience and experience working in software teams with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate complex technical topics to team members, understand business rules, etc.
