Description

• Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint. • Ensure Core Values are lived by the project team. • Develop features requiring novel technical designs. • Mentor junior developers through collaboration and code reviews. • Increase the team’s capacity by documenting risks/blockers and advancing best practices. • Serve as technical SME ensuring successful sprint delivery. • Present technical demos during sprint review meetings. • Demonstrate proficiency in UI, REST APIs, and system administration.

Requirements

• Demonstrable proficiency with at least two of the following: UI building, REST APIs, administering databases/cloud/servers. • 5-8 years of experience in relevant technologies and projects. • Strong experience with Python or Go backend development. • Proficient in microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and database management. • Experience in building interactive and responsive user interfaces with front-end technologies. • Skilled in integrating front-end and back-end components for seamless data flow. • Experience presenting to client stakeholders. • Understand and articulate business outcomes of development projects. • Experience with coaching and mentoring through collaboration and code reviews. • Relevant education may include Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Core values alignment: Care Deeply, Always Deliver, Never Settle, Do It Together, Own the Outcome.
