• 7+ years of management experience in backend/frontend engineering teams or integration-related roles. • Deep understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns. • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both backend and frontend engineers. • Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning. • Proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements. • Japanese language proficiency at a business or native level. • Understanding of cultural differences. • Knowledge and experience in chatbots, AI, marketing, and SaaS products
