📋 Description
• Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Oracle HCM Specialist on a temporary basis (term up to 8 months). • The successful candidate in this role will provide expert technical support for our Oracle Human Capital Management software (HCM). • They will support system improvements, project delivery, and enhance our knowledge base to support seamless operations. • Use technical expertise to resolve time and attendance incidents quickly and professionally. • Configure systems and resolve issues in Oracle HCM.
🎯 Requirements
• Have at least 1 year of experience with Oracle HCM in functional configuration and technical support (i.e. Pay Policies, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Employment Terms, Integrations setup). • Have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant progressively responsible experience with IT Business and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Applications. • Have a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or engineering.
