Description

• Lead the analysis and review product enhancement requests from various sources • Serve as an escalation point, both internally and externally, related to assigned products and applications • Collaborate with appropriate functional areas to develop and provide comprehensive product definitions, objectives, and goals • Identify risks throughout feasibility studies and communicate issues to senior product management • Assist in the coordination and presentation of seminars and training for VELERA personnel • Conduct and lead meetings to support the development process and track progress • Maintain proficiency in departmental operations to assist as a back up for other products and services • Direct and oversee maintenance, mandate, industry requirement, or vendor replacement product commercialization duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Combined four (4) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required • Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing required • Payments experience is a must • Debit experience required • Proficient in MS Office and other software applications • Product training and product demonstration/presentation experience required • Minimal travel may be required (10%)
