Requirements

β€’ Proven experience supporting clients in a managed services environment. β€’ Demonstrated expertise in ticket management and meeting SLA requirements. β€’ Strong relationship management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client trust. β€’ Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services; cloud certifications are highly preferred. β€’ Deep expertise with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and CI/CD technologies. β€’ Proven experience managing technical teams of 5-8 members. β€’ Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. β€’ Strong documentation skills, including the creation of technical diagrams and comprehensive written descriptions. β€’ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating a professional attitude and demeanor. β€’ Critical thinker capable of balancing security requirements with mission objectives. β€’ Proven ability to derive application and platform infrastructure requirements. β€’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering and architecture, including requirements definition, architecture development, use case creation, and systems integration and testing. β€’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, implementation, operations, and automation, specifically in AWS. β€’ Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and orchestration/automation tools, including Terraform and Ansible.
