β€’ ABOUT US Coastal Community Bank is a little bit of banking and a little bit of tech-ing. β€’ The people at Coastal don’t just help people with their banking; they help reshape how banking technology allows and serves EVERYONE. β€’ As Capital Markets Manager II, you will assist and support the Bank’s Credit Administration. β€’ You will manage and establish capital markets modeling and analytics. β€’ You will provide analytical expertise in capital markets and loan sales, as well as overall credit risk management. β€’ Responsibilities include developing policies, conducting modeling and analytics, underwriting, and performing loan reviews. β€’ Collaborate with partners on pricing and analyzing whole loan sales, generating disposition channels across multiple lanes such as credit funds, securitizations, and structured financing vehicles.

β€’ Proven effective verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Excellent analytical skills and understanding of credit risk management. β€’ Required to handle multiple tasks at the same time. β€’ Excellent attention to detail to ensure timely and effective communication. β€’ Cooperative, professional attitude with strategic partners, legal counsel and co-workers. β€’ Thrives under pressure and can handle multiple projects in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. β€’ Exercises exceptional judgment when working with clients, team members, and vendors. β€’ Capable of mobilizing and motivating others, anticipating needs, and instilling confidence.
