📋 Description
• Responsible for independent execution of the monitoring and testing compliance program • Maintain a robust and effective compliance management system (CMS) • Provide oversight of compliance with federal, state, agency, and regulatory requirements • Develop clear and concise reporting of the results of compliance programs
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years relevant work experience in Compliance in financial services industry • At least 5 years of experience in monitoring/testing • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred
