• 3+ years of marketing experience in commercial solar, energy storage, or commercial real estate. • Experience creating marketing collateral (e.g., PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, website refreshes). • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other creative tools (basic Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus). • Experience managing third-party vendors for branding, design, and website development. • Understanding of LinkedIn thought leadership, SEO, and conference marketing strategies. • Strong project management skills—ability to juggle multiple priorities and execute a strategic vision. • Highly detail-oriented and organized individual. • Innovative and organized self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. • Energetic and driven personality who thrives in a high-paced, dynamic, small-company environment.
