Description

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries regarding our platform, usewhale.io, to enhance user satisfaction and experience. • Manage and coordinate demo bookings for potential clients with our Sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service, promoting customer retention. • Keep up-to-date with the latest information about our platform and services to provide accurate and relevant support. • Address pricing questions and provide clear and accurate information to potential customers, aiding their decision-making process. • Perform essential administrative tasks to assist the Sales and Customer Support teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or customer support environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, experience with communication technologies and Microsoft 365. • Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an advantage. • Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
