• Build and enhance Cochlear’s relationship with healthcare professionals • Plan and execute EMEA marketing campaigns across channels • Identify key opinion leaders in the AI field and strengthen relationships • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to marketing initiatives • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, medical or related field • Minimum 5+ years work experience in marketing or product management • Experience in EMEA region understanding diverse cultures and healthcare systems • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SFHC proficiency is an advantage • Fluency in English, additional EMEA languages beneficial • Willingness to travel in EMEA (up to 40-50%)
