Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field • 2-3 years of experience building strong B2C content and campaigns. • Experience in a startup environment is of benefit • A creative mastermind with the ability to develop innovative campaigns. • You are full of ideas and a force in executing them • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • You can inspire people with your passion for transforming education • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Fluent in BOTH English and German • Independent work capability • Cross-functional teamwork • Integrity, Curiosity & Growth • Initiative, Proactivity, and Enthusiasm • Eagerness to learn and a commitment to execution • Passion for Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology.
