• As a Senior Production Designer at Code and Theory's Creative Studios, you will handle a variety of asset types • Your role is integral to the studio’s success • You will create visually compelling designs and support video asset development • Regularly perform quality checks across all design work • Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline design tasks • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in production design across multiple channels (print, digital, social media, CRM, etc.) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other design software • Expertise in designing for social platforms • Familiarity with AI design tools • Strong attention to detail • Deep understanding of brand guidelines • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Experience mentoring junior designers • Strong problem-solving skills

• Full-time role • Based in the United States • Target range of base compensation is $95,000-$105,000 • Actual compensation is influenced by various factors including skill set, experience and location
