Description

• Oversee the email marketing strategy and manage the website for Code.org • Enhance user engagement, optimize email campaigns, and effectively manage website content to support our mission and drive growth • Develop customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and engagement opportunities across email and website interactions • Use segmentation to customize content according to user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in email marketing and/or website management • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Excellent writing and communication skills • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for storytelling • Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident • Pass a pre-employment background check • Minimal travel may be required for team events or conferences
