Description

β€’ Oversee and execute all social media efforts β€’ Develop and implement a strategy, manage content, plan campaigns, monitor performance, and engage with the community β€’ Manage "always on" cross-channel content calendars featuring original and curated content β€’ Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other in-house content creators to produce engaging multimedia content β€’ Grow online community by initiating conversations and responding to comments β€’ Build and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and community groups β€’ Manage ongoing performance reporting that translates platform analytics into actionable insights β€’ Regularly monitor social media trends to inform strategies β€’ Develop social media playbooks, guidelines, and best practices β€’ Promote livestreams, webinars, workshops, and other live events

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 8 years of experience leading large online communities β€’ Proven track record managing cross-channel content calendars β€’ Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners β€’ Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills β€’ [Bonus] Experience managing influencer engagement, social ads, or live events β€’ Experience managing social media advertising strategies and influencer partnerships β€’ Experience promoting and covering live in-person / virtual events β€’ Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident β€’ Be located in the United States β€’ Pass a pre-employment background check β€’ Be willing to travel a minimum of two times per year for team events
