📋 Description
• We are expanding our bootcamp offering and seeking a high-quality instructor to deliver live online classes to our learners. • You will take live classes, contribute to curriculum development, and help develop an engaged community of learners. • Your work will include: • Curriculum Delivery: Conduct live online classes for a diverse group of learners, ensuring high-quality instruction and engagement. • Content Development: Develop and refine course materials, lesson plans, and projects, leveraging our extensive Codecademy library as a valuable resource. • Student Engagement: Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement. • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback to facilitate learning. • Learning Assistance: Assist students with technical challenges and address their queries both during and outside of class.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus • Minimum of 7 years of real-world experience in technology companies, leading impactful projects and workstreams • Proficiency in full-stack technologies including, but not limited to: • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js) • Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails • Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform • Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) • Prior experience in B2C teaching or training roles is desirable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passion to share the real-world knowledge you’ve gained!
