Description

• In the role of a QA/App Tester, ensure premium quality and functionality of the application. • Conduct thorough exploration across various scenarios, conducting comprehensive testing. • Apply a systematic, detailed, and analytical approach in discerning and reporting any discrepancies. • Conduct thorough testing on staging environments, validating functionality, usability, and integration. • Identify and document any discrepancies, glitches, or bugs discovered during testing. • Ensure the app delivers a flawless user experience by meticulously testing all user scenarios and flows. • Act promptly when customers or team members flag potential issues, testing and providing detailed reports. • Continue testing on production environments after new features are launched for seamless integration. • Ensure the application functions correctly across different devices, operating systems, and browsers. • Design, develop, and execute automated tests using appropriate tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years development / devops experience • Proven experience in desktop testing • Prior experience with testing in different environments (e.g. Windows/ Apple) and devices (laptop/ desktops) • Experience in quality control, ensuring standards and processes are followed • Basic knowledge of coding and apps, enabling effective communication with developers • Proficiency in JavaScript, Puppeteer and Playwright (Pré) • Strong ability to analyze technical documentation and identify key requirements • Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with teams and clients • Ability to adapt to various programming environments and quickly learn new technologies • Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
