• Codelitt is looking for a Technical Sales Lead to drive sales efforts and define project scope. • The role bridges the gap between client needs and the development team, requiring strong technical understanding. • Responsibilities include lead management, solutions engineering, and client communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in B2B sales, consultative selling, and technical solutioning. • Experience working with a diverse range of businesses, from startups to enterprises. • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and structured sales processes. • Deep understanding of custom software development technologies, including web and mobile applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integrations. • Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate with engineers to define solutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • A structured thinker who can balance business needs with technical feasibility.
