Description

• Are you a QA Engineering Lead looking for a place where you can unleash your true potential and grow? • Optic Power is looking for a QA Engineering Lead to develop tools measuring and increasing the company’s innovation rate. • Lead all testing activities from planning to execution. • Communicate status of testing initiatives to stakeholders and lead triage meetings. • Verify and review software and business requirements. • Continually improve testing infrastructure, tools, and processes. • Establish, document, and enhance QA processes, train team members. • Act as primary contact for all quality aspects of releases. • Manage a team of 1-2 QA engineers.

Requirements

• English fluency (both written and verbal) is an absolute must. • Expertise testing web and API (REST/GraphQL) based applications; • Expertise with building automation test suites using automation platforms such as Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Cucumber, WireMock. • Expertise with performance testing strategies and tools. • Working experience with Relational and NoSQL Databases; • Experience with the financial industry is highly desirable. • Experience with Cloud-based applications will be a plus, especially AWS services. • 8+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience in which you played a key role in building and enhancing a QA function; • 2-5+ years of managing quality assurance and automation engineering; • 5+ years of experience in defect tracking tools; JIRA will be a plus. • 5+ years of experience in testing, automation, performance, and load and security testing; • Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke), including test approach and case review;
