Description

Research and define customer problems via customer calls, support tickets, community feedback, and weighing other solutions in the ecosystem. Work with engineering to evaluate and weigh several solutions, such as minor docs improvements, ecosystem partnerships, or large-scale product/feature overhauls. Clarify our feature design and implementation cycles via problem statements and product requirements.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working in the DevOps/Platform Engineering space, either as a vendor or as an industry practitioner. 2+ years of experience writing and designing software, including basic UI/UX design.
